A fresh healthy appetizer that's simple to make and delicious to eat!

Ingredients: 1/2 C cilantro leaves 1 garlic clove 1/2 medium jalapeno, cut in four pieces 1/16 medium red onion, cut in 2 pieces 1 small tomato, diced 2 medium avocados, diced juice from 1/2 a lime 1/2 T freshly squeezed orange juice salt to taste (I use 1/2 t) pepper to taste (I use 6 grinds) dash of pepper sauce Tortilla chips
Directions: 1. Add cilantro, garlic clove, jalapeno, and red onion to a mini food processor (you may also use a regular food processor or simply dice these items very finely). Process until evenly minced. Add to a large mixing bowl. 2. Add the tomatoes and avocados to the mixing bowl followed by lime juice, orange juice, salt, pepper, and pepper sauce. 3. With a spoon, gently blend so that the ingredients are evenly mixed, but avocado does not get mushy. 4. Serve with tortilla chips.
